Delete your account

You can delete your First Payday account and its data at any time, from the app or the website.

In the app

• Open First Payday and log in.
• Tap More, then Delete my account.
• Type your email to confirm.

On the website

• Log in at firstpayday.app.
• Go to Settings, then Delete my account.
• Type your email to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in is erased right away. If you are the only parent in your home, the home is deleted too: every kid, photo, chore, balance and history record. If another parent shares your home, the home stays with them.

Copies kept in our encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

Can't log in?

Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you: info@firstpayday.app.
